IntelliPoint resources are playing a key role in conducting a detailed analysis to upgrade NIH current Oracle eBusiness 11.5.10 solution to Oracle eBusiness 12i Suite. The resources are conducting detailed impact analysis and are documenting the options and solutions to simplify the upgrade along with recommending new functionality that can replace current extensions/customizations.

IntelliPoint resources are playing a key role in implementing Oracle eBusiness 12i especially in Procure to Pay (P2P) process area. The resources were involved in conducting detailed analysis and process redesign activities related to P2P business area. Currently, they are supporting the O&M activities.

Oracle Federal Financial Implementation and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) IntelliPoint resources performed a key role in implementation and deployment of Oracle EBS and PRISM system at NIH as well as various upgrade initiatives at NBS. IntelliPoint team was involved in full life cycle implementation including development of RICE components, data conversion, system cut over approach and post production support.

Oracle Federal Financials (Delphi) Implementation and O&M Support
IntelliPoint performed a key role in successful implementation of the Delphi system at GAO. IntelliPoint team member implemented GAO's unique Funds control requirements and developed procedures for budget execution in Oracle Federal Administrator module. Since 2007, IntelliPoint is providing O&M support to GAO's Office of Financial Management by assisting in resolving Delphi operations issues, sub-ledger reconciliation and providing data for audit and A-123 requirements.

Oracle Federal Financials (Delphi) Implementation.
IntelliPoint team implemented ESC's Oracle Federal Financials system (Delphi) for Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and National Credit Union Administration (NCUA); provided services for system design, configuration, deployment, data conversion and development of RICE components.

Assisted a team led by BearingPoint in stabilizing the Oracle Federal Financials (UFMS) system at PSC. Assisted with designing key reports such as Status of Funds and Undelivered Orders. Assisted PSC with Month End close process and resolving issues related to funds control.

(CDC)- Oracle Federal Financials Implementation.
IntelliPoint team member led the implementation of General Ledger and Federal Administration (Budget Execution) module at CDC; assisted the BearingPoint data conversion team with the cleanup of legacy data and reconciliation of sub ledger to GL.
Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)
IntelliPoint has resourced personnel at CMS to assist their Business Process Reengineering initiative undertaking replacing their legacy financial system with Oracle Applications. The assistance also extends to helping CMS integrate with HHS wide consolidated federal reporting program to generate federally mandated reports.

Providing O&M support to FAA including resolving interface issues between AR to GL and Projects to AR and GL and providing help desk support to FAA Delphi users.

IntelliPoint is working with the Deloitte team in performing monthly reconciliation of sub-ledger balances with the General Ledger for Undelivered Orders, Accruals, Prepayments, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and support audit inquiries on reconciliation data.
